The judges of the Tar condemned for bullying the administration of the Policlinico of Milan, for not recognizing the "status" of the primary emergency surgery to a doctor. Salvini Angelo, the name of the surgeon, had actually been promoted in 2001, but Just two years after retirement according to the judges the conduct of the administration was "illegal and unjust" and now the doctor will have a compensation of 750 thousand euro.
After 18 years of official documents, Salvini is thus able to demonstrate that the hospital at which he worked since 1991, would have hampered his career, causing physical and psychological stress. The doctor's lawyers had so far won all levels of courts and even an appeal to the State Council had ordered the immediate promotion of the status of the primary surgeon. Nevertheless, the administration of the hospital never worried about, if not in 2001, to enforce the ruling.
The judges, along with the application, have now placed a claim (under consideration Inail) for moral damages and professional and disability (insomnia and depression) for a total of € 756,438.
